Fix order of `other' choice in defcustom :type

* lisp/font-lock.el (font-lock-verbose)
* lisp/image-mode.el (image-auto-resize)
* lisp/gnus/message.el (message-openpgp-header): Arrange for 'other'
to be the last choice.  (Bug#65852)
